1. Returns & Exchanges of Products

At urban wear, all purchases are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, including for reasons such as color preference or change of mind — except in the case of faulty or damaged products and size mismatches.

We do not offer returns. We only offer product exchanges, and terms & conditions apply for exchanges.

All items undergo a thorough quality check before shipment to ensure you receive them in perfect condition.


2. Order Accuracy

We urge customers to carefully review product details, size charts, and color options before placing an order.
Our product descriptions and photos are as accurate as possible, but slight color variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings.

If you’re uncertain about sizing or product specifications, please contact us before placing your order. You can find our contact details on the Contact Us page.


3. Damaged or Faulty Items & Size Issues

If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, or has a size mismatch, we’re here to help with an exchange. Please follow these steps:

Step 1: Email us at its.urbanwearindia@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear explanation of the issue.

Step 2: Attach an unboxing video (mandatory). The video must clearly show the issue and verify that the damage occurred prior to use and was not due to post-delivery mishandling. For size issues, the video must confirm the size mismatch relative to what was ordered.

Step 3: Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll guide you through the exchange process. Please note that you will be responsible for one-way courier charges to send the item back to us.

Note: Exchanges are only applicable for manufacturing or shipping damage, or size mismatch. Please double-check our size guide and product descriptions before placing your order.


4. Custom & Personalized Products

For custom orders (e.g., personalized t-shirts, name prints, custom designs):

No returns or size exchanges will be accepted under any circumstance, even if the item doesn’t fit, as it is made specifically for you.
Please ensure you provide accurate size information when placing a custom order.

In the rare case that your custom item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at its.urbanwearindia with an unboxing video, and we’ll assist with a resolution.


5. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed.
After 24 hours, the order is processed and cannot be cancelled.

If your order is Cash on Delivery (COD) with a partial advance, and you cancel after 24 hours, the advance is non-refundable.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or modified under any condition.
